Именно в этом году у нас завязываются хорошие и тесные отношения с редакцией журнала Одесса. На протяжении нескольких лет журнал ведет рубрику ул. Уютная, в которой освещает все события галереи. И вообще, сейчас просматривая журнал, понимаю, что его экземпляры нужно хранить. Потому что они имеют историческую ценность. Очень жаль что журнала Одесса не сохранилось! А в то время всю рекламную продукцию к Марине -1996 , кроме каталога, не совсем удачную делают они. Рекламой журнала в то время занимался Андрей Лавренюк. Помню, во время празднования годовщины журнала нас пригласили принять участие в празднике устроенном прямо на Дерибасовской. Мы вывезли туда шахматный набор Игоря Ивченко, и стояли, общаясь с одесситами и гостями нашего города. Мимо проходил Коля Туманов, работавший в то время в отделе внешних связей пароходства и с этой встречи, началась еще одна удивительная история нашей жизни.

Kolya Tumanov, who worked at that time in the external relations department of the shipping company, passed by and from this meeting, another amazing story of our life began.
