В 1998 году состоялось праздничное переселение Морской галереи под крыло Одесского порта, и не просто переселение, а рождение новой уникальной площадки, на создание которой мог решится только такой человек, как Николай Пантелеймонович Павлюк. Я всегда говорила и буду продолжать утверждать, что человека значительнее и умнее, чем Николай Пантелеймонович в нашей стране, по крайней мере, вряд ли  можно встретить. 

  Счастье для нашей страны, что несмотря на то, что все, кто может, кто оказался у корыта в момент перестройки, заняты самозабвенным распределением народного богатства по своим карманам, нашелся один единственный человек, который решился вложить деньги, в самое необходимое в культуру и духовность. А место выбрал какое!? 

Настоящая Морская галерея, к которой весной подплывают дельфины, а летом берут старт регаты, зимой лебеди и альбатросы приходят за кормом к входу в галерею…. Само местонахождение  постоянно дает предпосылки для рождения необыкновенных идей! 

В 1998 году, только завершалось строительство галереи. И честно, было страшно, и не верилось, что, по окончанию строительства именно мы будем работать в галерее. 
Приходилось задуматься о том, кто же сможет помогать нам на Уютной. Выставки мы конечно же проводили, но все мысли и мечты  уже были связаны со стройкой. Еще в течении года, мы  сами курировали события Уютной, а в конце года передали полномочия молодому художнику Александру Силантьеву. Я думаю, что ему тогда повезло. Мало того, что он получил бесплатную возможность работать в моей мастерской, он так же смог подрабатывать в галерее. 
30 мая Морская галерея становиться Морской Галереей Одесского порта, и в этом же году я становлюсь «портовичкой»- это звучит гордо! Помню, Николай Пантелеймонович спросил меня, готова ли я к этому, что я могла ответить? Это была настоящая сказка, воплощенная в жизнь! И верю даже сейчас, что это неслучайно, и в нашем городе, в нашей стране просто должно было бы появиться это самое светлое место в мире - Морская галерея, галерея высочайшей духовности, место, откуда исходит свет. И все это знают. Хочу верить в то, что этот свет негасим, потому как именно он так необходим сегодня людям, а мы, посвятившие свою жизнь этой замечательной миссией, столько, сколько сможем, будем с честью нести его… 
Галерея была презентована второй биеннале маринистики Марина 1998, за этим стояла большая работа, и нам было сложно заниматься Уютной. Все силы были направлены на Морскую галерею. 

Maritime Gallery of Odessa Port

In 1998, the festive relocation of the Marine Gallery under the wing of the Odesa port took place, and not just relocation, but the birth of a new unique site, the creation of which could only be decided by a person like Nikolai Panteleimonovich Pavlyuk. 

I have always said and will continue to assert that a person is more significant and smarter than Nikolai Panteleimonovich in our country, at least that can hardly be found. It is a blessing for our country that despite the fact that everyone who can, who were at the trough at the time of perestroika, are busy with the selfless distribution of national wealth in their pockets, there was one single person who decided to invest money in the most necessary in culture and spirituality. And what place did you choose !?

 A real Maritime Gallery, to which dolphins swim in the spring, and in the summer they start the regatta, in the winter swans and albatrosses come for food to the gallery entrance... The very location constantly provides the prerequisites for the birth of extraordinary ideas! And in 1998, the construction of the gallery was only completed. And honestly, it was scary, and I could not believe that, at the end of construction, it is we who will work in the gallery.
I had to think about who could help us in the Gallery "Na Uytnoy". Of course, we held exhibitions, but all thoughts and dreams were already connected with the construction site. During the course of the year, we ourselves oversaw the events of the gallery "Na Uytnoy", and at the end of the year, we transferred the powers to the young artist Alexander Silantyev. I think he was lucky then. Not only that, he received a free opportunity to work in my workshop, he was also able to earn extra money in the gallery.
On May 30, the Maritime Art Gallery becomes the Maritime Gallery of the Odesa port, and in the same year I become a “port girl” - it sounds proud! 

I remember Nikolai Panteleimonovich asked me if I was ready for this, what could I answer? It was a real fairy tale embodied in life! And I believe even now that it is no coincidence, and in our city, in our country, this brightest place in the world should simply have appeared - the Maritime Gallery, the gallery of the highest spirituality, the place where the light comes from. And everyone knows that. I want to believe that this light is unquenchable, because it is precisely what people need so much today, and we, who have dedicated our lives to this wonderful mission, will carry it with honor as much as we can ...
The gallery was presented at the second Marina Biennale of Marina 1998, there was a lot of work behind it, and it was difficult for us to do Cozy. All forces were directed to the Marine  Art Gallery.
