1997 Group Exhibition “I LOVE YOU, ODESSA!”
«Я ЛЮБЛЮ ТЕБЯ, ОДЕССА!»
Так говорил каждый художник, который принес свои работы на выставку в «Морской галерее» (Одесский Дворец моряков)Впрочем, это слова. У художников есть свой язык, на котором всю полноту чувств можно выразить полней, убедительней и красивей. Это – их искусство увидеть и показать нам увиденное так, что самый знакомый городской мотив начинает звучать как эпос, сонет или добрая сказка.
Не случайно выставку открывает большое полотно Татьяны Биновской. Там улица Уютная, на которой всем известная галерея «Арт-студио», где Татьяна – добрая фея. Там вечер, луна и аромат истинной Одессы. Гравюры Геннадия Верещагина виртуозны, но о них лучше и не начинать разговор: они – тема для большого исследования.
Лекомцев Александр стал таким нежным и лиричным, как «Дорога к морю».
А окрыленность Ольги Котляровой вдруг подняла ее над самым прославленным районом Одессы, и она в прекрасной живописи поделилась со зрителем, увиденным с высоты птичьего полета.
Борис Казаченко любит свой город крепко и так давно, что на его замечательных полотнах колорит Одессы получился настоящим и совершенно вневременным.
Обо всем, что на выставке, рассказать нельзя, но можно выкроить время и посмотреть все это самому.
Хочу добавить только, что перед открытием выставки состоялась презентация каталога «Марины-96». Вы, конечно, помните, что в прошлом году огромная экспозиция и международный конкурс под таким названием были проведены в концертно-выставочном комплексе Одесского порта. И вот, спустя год (говорят, лучше позже, чем никогда) с помощью спонсоров вышел замечательный альбом, который поставил точку под тем событием.
«Марина-96» стала достоянием истории. Но живет и крепнет идея. Уже планируется «Марина-98».
Ведь такие выставки, по всеобщему признанию, - большой глоток счастья и для организаторов, и для художников, и для зрителей.

However, these are words. Artists have their own language in which the fullness of feelings can be expressed more fully, convincingly and more beautifully. It is their art to see and show us what they saw so that the most familiar urban motive begins to sound like an epic, sonnet or a kind fairy tale.
It is no accident that the exhibition opens with a large canvas by Tatyana Binovskaya. There is Uyutnaya street, where the well-known Art Studio gallery is located, where Tatyana is a good fairy. There is evening, the moon and the aroma of true Odessa. Engravings by Gennady Vereshchagin are masterly, but it’s better not to start talking about them: they are a topic for a lot of research.
Lekomtsev Alexander became so gentle and lyrical as "The Road to the Sea."
And the inspiration of Olga Kotlyarova suddenly lifted her above the most famous region of Odessa, and in a beautiful painting, she shared with the viewer, seen from a bird's eye view.
Boris Kazachenko loves his city deeply and so long ago that on his wonderful canvases the coloring of Odessa turned out to be real and completely timeless.
It’s impossible to tell about everything at the exhibition, but you can make time and see it all for yourself.
I just want to add that before the opening of the exhibition, the presentation of the Marina 96 catalog took place. You, of course, remember that last year a huge exposition and an international competition under this name were held in the concert and exhibition complex of the Odesa port. And now, a year later (they say, better later than never) with the help of sponsors a wonderful album was released that put an end to that event.
"Marina-96" has become the property of history. But the idea lives and grows stronger. It is already planned "Marina-98".
Indeed, such exhibitions, admittedly, are a big sip of happiness for the organizers, for artists, and for the audience.
